which qualifications do I need?

For many roles, you must have formal qualifications such as a completed apprenticeship, HND or degree in quality relevant subject. Often this is accompanied by a specialist industry knowledge or recognised qualification in a relevant quality standard. BRC, HACCP, AS9100, TS19649, ISO standards. However, the specifics can vary on a case by case basis so you should make sure that you properly review job descriptions before applying.
