Sales Executive

£28k-£36k per annum

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a role manning our client's brand new display centre at a number of locations. This exciting new role will be greeting and showing potential customers around the displays and building a trade customer portfolio within a 40 mile radius of the display site, if you are a professional individual with excellent organisation skills and highly motivated and driven to help a fast growing business please get in touch! Our client are looking for a new team member to have previous experience in sales and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Performance Objectives

  • Building a portfolio of local trade customers (builders, landscapers, designers, architects and more).
  • Engaging customers who are looking at the displays.
  • Following up both trade and homeowner contacts via our CRM.
  • Closing sales both trade and homeowner.
  • Occasionally visiting potential customers with samples and advice.
  • Dealing with customer queries or complaints and escalating to management if necessary.
  • Keeping the display centre clean and tidy.
  • Keeping up to date and on top of tasks on CRM.
  • Gathering data and contacting all potential trade prospects in the local area surrounding the display site.

Person Specification

  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Self-motivated and Driven individual.
  • Excels working on their own.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work under own initiative and be part of a team at the same time.
  • Computer literate and willing to learn the systems used by the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and hit target and meet deadlines.
