Showroom Manager

£30k - £40k per annum dependant on experience

Wrexham

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking to recruit a Showroom Manager on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to manage and maintain our client's showroom facility. You will co-ordinate with key personnel within the business to deliver an efficient and inspiring showroom experience for our client's customers.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver a highly functional and presentable showroom.
  • Manage and maintain the Wrexham showroom facility.
  • Coordinate with key personnel within the business to deliver an efficient and inspiring showroom experience for our client's customers.
  • Ensure space is always presented to the highest standard.
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom.
  • Create inspiring and imaginative displays.
  • Ensure that customers are at the heart of everything our clients do and act at all times in accordance with values and ethics.
  • Carry out all duties in the context of, and in compliance with, the groups commitment to equality and diversity, leading by example and contributing to an inclusive culture.
  • Take responsibility for your colleagues and own personal health and safety in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act by following the Group Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle the catering requirements for customers visiting the showroom.
  • Liaise with counterparts at the head office showroom, buying teams and sales personnel.
  • The role holder is required to contribute proactively to aid a high performing sales team by providing a highly effective showroom.
  • Interaction across the broader team, predominantly with the buying teams to ensure product is merchandised to maximise sales.
  • Liaise and communicate with showroom customers.

Person Specification

  • Be creative with merchandising experience.
  • Ability to think commercially.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Have good communication details.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Be prepared to work in a variety of locations as required, including tradeshows where overnight stays may be required.
