Supply Chain Administrator

Negotiable dependant on experience

Deeside

Our client based in the Deeside area have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Distribution Manager and Supply Chain Manager you will provide admin support to the Supply Chain Team to ensure customer/business needs are met.

Performance Objectives

  • Shortage report list of the orders/products that go out daily which is then emailed to the Production Managers, Packing and Supply Chain for shorts.
  • Shortage report orders that cannot be fulfilled sent to Supply Chain and Account Managers.
  • Check the D60 for outstanding orders that need processing.
  • Processing client and outside storage orders.
  • Collate invoice paperwork for Accounts.
  • Answering internal and external phone calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Replying to CDRs and forwarding onto the relevant customers.
  • Transferring stock to Warehouses.
  • Booking wagons for Langdon's for deliveries and collections on their website.
  • Pre advices for warehouses.
  • Adjusting customer samples for NPD and Technical.
  • Organising couriers for collections making sure here on time.
  • Printing orders (D5's) to ensure Distribution have the correct information to pick orders.
  • Day to day liaising with STL's both office and Distribution and Managers.
  • Cover for when the other Supply Chain Administrator is off.
  • Record CHEP movements on the CHEP website.
  • Assisting members of Supply Chain when needed.
  • Weekly outside stock (PH / S2) reconciliations with the Distribution Manager.
  • Issuing and releasing jobs working with the Goods Out STL/TL.
  • Adding jobs to Ross for 1's.
  • Closing Job's once agreed by Managers in Supply Chain.
  • Helping Goods Out STL enter purchase orders into Ross.

Person Specification

  • Ability to priortise workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the supply chain process.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
