Gap Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Builder to work on a couple of Residential projects in Cambridge. Ideally you will have a varied and all round knowledge and hands on experience with the building industry. Works will involve a mixture of 1st fix Carpentry, Brickwork and installing an aluminium roof.

Builders duties

• Assisting with a variety of works including Carpentry, Brickwork and Roofing.
• Working on several Residential projects in Cambridge.
• Clean up and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Builders Specification

• Have good all round building knowledge and a varied skillset.
• Relevant qualification desirable but not essential.
• CSCS not required.
• Must have own tools & full PPE.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Be able to provide two checkable references.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
