Gap Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced groundworker to work on a project in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Groundworkers Objectives

• Reinstate the ground, reinstating consists of, slabs and concrete edgings, block paving, setting in water meter boxes etc.
• Adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure the accurate and precise execution tasks.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Groundworkers Specification

• Valid CSCS card.
• Must have full PPE.
• Minimum two years on site experience in a similar role.
• Be able to provide two checkable references.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
