We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a small collection of high end homes in Royston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations in close collaboration with the contracts manager, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, ensuring site presentation is of the highest order.
• Coordinate all site-based activities, including ordering materials, managing equipment, and supervising personnel.
• Contribute to the efficient delivery of the project while meeting client specifications and expectations.

Person Specification:

• Extensive experience in high-quality housing and property construction.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest construction standards.
• A proactive and punctual approach to site management.
• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS Card.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum.
