Performance Objectives

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical planned maintenance tasks without supervision

  • To work with the team to make sure the projects are delivered by the company's deadline, in budget and to the highest standard.
  • Responsible for the management of subcontractors, communicating with them daily to ensure work is being undertaken to plan and the relevant standards are being achieved.
  • Monitor the use of utilities to ensure costs do not exceed the budget
  • Regular communication with the Contracts Manager to keep them updated on any progress, concerns and actions being taken.
  • Ensure site records are maintained
  • Oversee the safe delivery and execution of work on site
