    You’ll understand exactly why we’ve recommended a role or business to you because we’re transparent – we’ll share our in-depth knowledge of the opportunity, providing insight as to exactly what’s on offer, what the company is like, and their recruitment and onboarding processes, meaning you can make an informed decision before we progress.  If, and only if, you confirm you’re interested, we’ll work together on an application that gives you the best chance of securing the role.

    When we say that we’re in this together, we mean it. If it’s a permanent or long-term placement you’re interested in, then there’s likely to be an interview process. We’re here to offer insight, advice, and even a little encouragement – whatever is needed to make sure you are feeling fully prepared. We’ll be in touch to see how you’re feeling about the opportunity once you’ve met the team, before getting some constructive feedback from them.

    A supported start

    They’ve offered you the role – but our job isn’t over yet. If you need it, we can support you with offers of employment, handing in your notice, and handling counteroffers. Then we’ll guide you through any pre-employment checks and new starter processes that are required. And we’d love to check-in with you to see how things are going.
