Job Title: Finishing Manager
Location: Hoddesdon
Salary: £240 - £270 per day

gap construction are proud to be representing a well-respected regional housing developer in their search for a Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing stages of a 60-unit traditional build residential site in Hoddesdon. The project will run till approximately June with the possibility of more work in the future.

Performance Objectives:

• Oversee the finishing stages of a 60-unit traditional build housing project.

• Manage multiple plots concurrently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and site personnel.

• Ensure all finishing works meet required standards, including decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging.

• Maintain and enforce site health and safety procedures.

• Report on progress, issues, and milestones to senior management.

• Keep all relevant site documentation accurate and up to date.

Person Specification:

• Experience managing the finishing phases of residential developments.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent eye for detail and high standards of finish.

• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

• Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications.
