Trainee Site Manager
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000

What we're looking for:

  • Carpentry background is advantageous but not essential.

  • A basic understanding of site management processes.

  • Currently studying or holding a relevant construction qualification.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service.

  • Good IT skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Passion for developing a career in site management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations.

  • Learning the full life cycle of construction projects.

  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

  • Maintaining high-quality standards across all site activities.

  • Supporting the management of site materials, equipment, and workforce.
