Trainee Site Manager
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000

What we're looking for:
A carpentry background is beneficial but not essential.
A basic understanding of site management processes.
Currently studying or holding a relevant construction qualification.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
A focus on delivering high-quality results for clients.
IT literate with the ability to work under pressure.
A passion for progressing within site management.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations.
Learning the full process of project delivery from start to finish.
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
Supporting the maintenance of high-quality standards on site.
Helping manage site materials, equipment, and workforce.
