gap technical was founded when our parent company, gap personnel group, identified a gap in the market for a technical recruitment agency which specialises in specific vertical markets. Since day one we’ve delivered positive employment journeys, meaningful training for our employees and real recruitment solutions. As a result, we’ve grown into an award-winning technical recruitment agency that specialises in engineering, quality, IT, trades and science.
Over the years, we’ve built up an impressive client portfolio spanning from big household names to smaller start-ups and SMEs. What’s more, we’ve created an ever-growing pool of skilled candidates who are ready and waiting to take the next step in their career.
In 2017, the majority stake of gap personnel group was acquired by £500-million global HR and staffing provider, BeNEXT Yumenshin Group Co. This gave us an exciting opportunity to propel ourselves to the forefront of the technical recruitment market – not only in the UK, but across Europe too.
